A vital member of the team at Tops, Rosie brings her warm, sincere and welcoming approach to running a client-friendly reception.  Rosie shares her time between front of house and the salon floor and loves the social aspect of meeting and greeting clients as well as seeing client transformations as they come and go.  A customer service natural, Rosie will go out of her way to accommodate the needs of clients, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring they are matched up with the most appropriate stylist or therapist.

Hair Treatments If your hair is dry, frizzy, damaged and in need of shine and softness, Rosie will recommend, tailor-make and apply a hair treatment to meet your individual needs.  Having achieved a Diploma in Head Massage, Rosie loves to use her skills, giving clients a luxurious, soothing and relaxing massage.

First Aid As one of the salon’s appointed first aiders, Rosie is on hand to take charge if an injury or illness occurs and to keep the salon’s first aid kits fully stocked.
