Allergy Alert Test for
Nouveau LVL Lash Lift
Tops Hair Salon & Beauty follows an Allergy Responsible Protocol for the safety and peace of mind of our clients. We use testing and screening to check suitability for the products and services we provide. Please see below for step by step instructions.
Step 1
Prior to your first treatment, or after 6 months (if you haven’t had a treatment in that time) or if you have any changes to your medical history, you will need to make an appointment for a consultation to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your LVL service.
Step 2
You will be asked to complete the Nouveau Lashes AAT (Allergy Alert Test) & Consultation Form.
Step 3
If you are suitable for the treatment, a patch test will be applied for you in the salon, following manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 4
Subsequent appointments may not require a patch test, subject to screening questions on the Nouveau Lashes Treatment Record.
Any changes at the site of allergy alert test must be reported to the salon professional as soon as possible.
Allergy alert tests will be carried out either by a professional Nouveau stylist (where possible) or by a trained member of the team.
